When dealing with strongholds, we have to understand that this deals with the act of falling into sin. Sin has the ability to keep you bound if you are not aware of how to overcome sinful nature. Going through a deliverance process helps with being set free from the strongholds that the enemy has tried with so many of us. If we understand that we have the power & authority to overcome what the enemy has tried to keeps us bound in, then we will come to realize that it is all in how we build our relationship with Christ, which will push us into knowing that we have authority over strongholds.
